When I took over as General Manager of Merit Printing, the front office computers were a mess. There had been too many people who thought they knew what they were doing working on them for too long and nothing was working properly. We had computers that would crash with the simplest of programs open. Our E-mails would work one day but not the next. Our FTP site was sketchy at best, some files could be placed and some could not. I tried calling a couple different people that we had dealt with in the past, and they were of no help. A business associate recommended that I give Tafari Consultants a call. After speaking with them and explaining what was going on, they were very confidant that they could help us out. I was impressed right from the first consult meeting.
